A. Order Issues:
1. My order shipped but I need to change the address.
I am sorry about this! If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, it will be cancelled and refunded; if this happens, you will be notified. But if the package has been sent, we will not be able to change the address for you.
2. Can I change the shipping address for my order?
We will be happy to change the shipping address for you order! Please email our Customer Service team or our social media with your order number, name and the updated address ASAP, as we are only able to make changes to your order if it has not yet entered the packing process.
3. I received the wrong item.
We’re so sorry for the mix up with your order! Please email our Customer Service team or our Facebook messager with your order number, a picture of the incorrect items you received. Please note that all order issues must be reported within 20 days of delivery. We will get back to you asap!
4. I am missing item(s) in my order.
So sorry for that. Please email our Customer Care team within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a list of the missing items. Please make sure to tell us your order number. We will get back to you asap!
B. Payment Questions:
1.How can I pay for my order?
We accept all major credit cards, as well as PayPal.
2.How to pay by PayPal?
Through PayPal, you can pay with credit card, debit card, or connected bank account. Once your order is submitted, you will be redirected to PayPal’s page where you can make the payment.
1). Sigh in your PayPal account or use Credit Card Express.
2). Enter your Card Details, the order will be shipped to your PayPal address, and click Submit.
3). Your Payment will be processed and a receipt will be sent to your email inbox.
3.Can I combine coupon codes on my order?
Unfortunately, coupon codes cannot be combined, nor can multiple codes be applied to a single order. Coupon codes cannot be combined with any other offers that may be live on our site at the time that your order is placed.
4.Can I get a refund if the price has changed?
Unfortunately, we are unable to honor any promotions for orders placed outside of the promotional time frame as this would be unfair to the rest of our customers. We’re so sorry for any inconvenience, and appreciate your understanding!
C. Shipping Questions:
1.When will my order ship?
Our products usually ship within 3-5 BUSINESS days (business days do NOT include weekends or holidays) However, if we have some crazy promotion or a new launch, orders may take a bit longer to process, so be patient my friend!! Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with a tracking number.
2.My package says delivered, but I didn’t receive it.
Please contact your local DHL customer service first. If you have still not found your package, please contact our customer service.
3.How do I track the delivery of my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number that you can use to follow your package’s journey to you.
C. Return & Refund Questions:
1.Can I return my promotional items or Custom Wigs?
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items and custom wigs cannot be refunded.
2.The gift I received was damaged. Can I return it?
If the item is marked as a gift or you have not purchased the item, unfortunately we do not support the return or refund of the gift. But please contact our customer service team, we will send you a gift certificate which you can use for your next purchase.
3. How do I make a return or exchange?
Please email to our Customer Service Team, and send us your order number and the photos of your items. We need to verify that the product is good enough. When we complete the review,we will be refunded once the order is received in our warehouse. But the cost needs to be borne by yourself. If you'd like to make an exchange, please return your current item for a refund, and re-order the new items online at any point during the process!
