Return Policy


ProsPHair Shop is to provide you with full lace wigs that are made to a high standard of quality craftsmanship and only the best premium 100% virgin hair available. Quality and customer satisfaction is very important to us. We inspect all our lace wigs prior to supplying or fitting to ensure that they meet your specification and our high quality assurance standards. We realise that purchasing a full lace wig is an investment and want to ensure that your experience with us is a pleasant one that you will be happy with.

We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 7 days after the receipt of the product. 

Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns); No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.

Due to sanitary reasons we do not accept returns or give exchanges for full lace wigs that have been worn, styled, where the lace or hair has been cut or products have been applied to the unit such as glue or hair products etc. We offer refunds as long as the terms below are met, the full lace wig is still in its brand new condition and we have not fitted it.

We do not accept returns on lace wigs and lace front wigs that have been altered NO EXCEPTIONS. This includes but is not limited to doing any of the following:

  • All orders canceled within 12 hours of purchase will be eligible for a full refund.
  • All orders canceled within 24 hours will be eligible for a 50% partial refund.
  • All orders cannot be canceled or changed after 24 hours.

DO NOT alter the lace wigs in any way

DO NOT cut the lace

DO NOT tear the lace wig or rip the lace wig

DO NOT put glue on the lace wigs or adhesive on the lace wig

DO NOT put products on the lace wig

DO NOT put any chemicals on the lace wig

DO NOT dye the lace wig

DO NOT style or cut the hair of the lace wig

DO NOT perm the lace wig

DO NOT wash or condition the lace wig

DO NOT wear the lace wig

* Only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately sale items and custom wigs cannot be refunded.

* We cannot accept returns for confirmed customer sized or customer self designed hairpiece.

* We cannot accept returns on items that have been worn or damaged by improper cleaning method.

* We only accept product returns due to quality problems, and do not accept other returns due to your personal reasons.

Be careful when applying or removing your full lace wig and always follow the care instructions that are given with your purchase. We will not be responsible for lace wigs that are ripped, torn or damaged by the customer, or any one else after purchase. Lace wig units that are ripped or torn by the customer are not subject to an exchange or refund.

You must read understand and agree to act accordingly to the above policy before purchasing a lace wig product.

Custom Clearance Taxes
We do not accept the refund requets on you refusing to sign for the parcel because of the taxes.
All of our orders are shipped as "D.D.U"(Delivered Duties Unpaid), Prosphair Shop can not be held responsible for any accrued additional charges such as taxes, duties or tariffs that may apply to international orders.

You should contact us within 2 business days( from the date that the item is received) if you want to return the item back to us.

Please use other shipping companies for example Fedex, UPS and USPS. When shipping wigs, please state the price is between $ 10 and $ 20, as you will pay less tariffs.We do not accept EMS because both parties have to pay huge tariffs.

  • If you are going to ship an item back to us, you should contact our customer support first; our customer representative will clarify for you and you need to ship the item back to us within 7days (from the date the item is received).Please provide a detailed explanation in the return package, (including the order number, receiver and the reason why return).

You should contact us within 2 business days( from the date that the item is received) if you want to return the item back to us.

  • We encourage customers to keep the hairpiece if there is only a little problem; we will refund 20%~30% to the people who alter their hairpiece in local.
  • We can only warrant you refund after we receive the item in good conditions as we send to you. And you should be responsible for the shipping fee.
  • We provide a modification service for our customers, who can send back the hairpiece to us and get the hairpiece modified within 7 working days. However, in this case, customer should be responsible for the shipping fee forth and back.
